Requirements for Success:
- 1 to 3 years inside sales experience
- Functional knowledge of the insurance industry
- Clear, genuine and concise phone etiquette
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to produce in a hectic environment
- Effective negotiation, prospecting & account development skills
- Proven track record of success in networking, marketing and building new business
