Requirements for Success:

• 1 to 3 years inside sales experience
• Functional knowledge of the insurance industry
• Clear, genuine and concise phone etiquette
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Ability to produce in a hectic environment
• Effective negotiation, prospecting & account development skills
• Proven track record of success in networking, marketing and building new business
