REQUIREMENTS
*Adjusts Disability claims under close supervision.
*Processes Disability claims, determining compensability and benefits due; monitors reserve accuracy and files necessary documentation with state agency.
*Communicates claim action/processing with claimant and client.
*Provide accurate claim information to claimants, policyholders, group offices and other interested parties; resolve issues through effective telephone communication.
