Our client is a leader in the California Worker's Compensation market looking for sharp individuals to help them grow their business. They provide top pay and benefits. They are looking for a top level Worker's Compensation Claims Supervisor to join their staff in their Houston office.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2+ years of California Worker's Compensation claims supervision/management experience.
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of California Worker's Compensation Claims experience.
• California Self Insured Certificate (SIP) is preferred
• Must have Carrier experience.
• Strong Time Management Skills.
• Good Computer Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• High energy leader that can motivate people.
