Our clients are Fortune 100 companies that provide top pay and benefits. They are looking for several Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters/Examiners. They are looking for temporary, temp to hire, or direct hire.

REQUIREMENTS
*Responsible for managing an active caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to closure
*Handle litigation referrals, settlements, and lien negotiations with claimants, attorneys and lien holders
*Claim management includes taking recorded statements, interviewing injured workers, witnesses and employers
*Schedule medical, legal, and investigative appointments
*Aggressively pursued all claim resolution opportunities, which most effectively managed payout, i.e. return to work, discontinuance of benefits through litigation.
*Handle payments, rehab notices, & QRR referrals
*Ensure the timely bi-weekly payments of claimants temporary, permanent and vocational rehabilitation disability benefits
*Assist the Legal, Underwriting, Medical Management, Customer Service and Fraud departments with claim investigation
