REQUIREMENTS
• Provide support to 1 or more claims adjusters
• Schedule appointments, pay bills, process mail
• Make initial contact and set-up new claim file
• Assist the Legal, Underwriting, Medical Management, Customer Service and Fraud departments with claim investigation
