Requirements for Success:

1 to 3 years inside sales experience
Functional knowledge of the insurance industry
Clear, genuine and concise phone etiquette
Positive attitude and high energy

Ability to produce in a hectic environment
Effective negotiation, prospecting & account development skills
Proven track record of success in networking, marketing and building new business
